Cervical Cancer Prevention Vaccine

At our clinic, we offer three types of vaccines to prevent Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infections, which are the cause of cervical cancer.

Starting from April 1st, 2023, it will be possible to complete the vaccination for the 9-valent HPV vaccine, Silguard 9, with only two doses for individuals under the age of 15.

9-valent vaccine SILGUARD 9

Female students from 6th grade of elementary school to 1st year of high school who are eligible for public funding can receive the HPV vaccine for free.
The number of doses required depends on when the first dose is administered: two doses if the first dose is received before turning 15 years old, or three doses if the first dose is received at or after 15 years old.
The timing of the vaccinations is as follows: if the first dose is received before turning 15 years old, the second dose should be administered 6 months after the first dose, while if the first dose is received at or after 15 years old, the second dose should be administered 2 months after the first dose and the third dose should be administered 6 months after the first dose.
