Intravaginal ejaculation disorder is a condition in which ejaculation is possible with masturbation but not within the vagina.
Factors that prevent ejaculation in the vagina include:

- Erectile dysfunction (hypertension, mental illness, or the effects of these drugs)
③No ejaculation
This is a condition in which semen does not come out of the urethra despite ejaculation (sensation of ejaculation).

The diagnosis of retrograde disorder is made by examining the absence of seminal emission after ejaculation and the presence of semen in the urine.
Although drug treatment is the basis for retrograde disorders, caution should be exercised due to drugs containing ingredients that can cause the onset of ED.
