At our clinic, we believe that securing outpatient consultation slots as much as possible is crucial for smooth progress in infertility treatment.
There are not many clinics that offer outpatient consultations in the evenings or on weekends and holidays.
To achieve this, it is inevitable to establish a medical system with multiple doctors.
However, in infertility treatment, especially in the case of in vitro fertilization, there is often a discrepancy between the patients' desires and the standard treatment policies set by our clinic.
This requires a level of communication between healthcare providers and patients, as well as among healthcare providers, that is different from general medical care.
In such situations, we often receive feedback such as "Doctors give conflicting information" or "I have suffered disadvantages due to a lack of information sharing."
This is attributed to:
①Differences in how doctors explain things. There is no direct contradiction in treatment policies.
②The necessity to draw conclusions and provide explanations based on limited information within the constraints of limited time in outpatient settings.
To be honest, minimizing the above issues requires significant time and effort, and it contributes to the exhaustion of doctors and healthcare providers.
To address this, at our clinic, we will position outpatient consultations strictly for treatments and examinations, and we aim to discuss and determine explanations and policies online.
This is desirable as it avoids prolonged face-to-face interactions, even in the current COVID-19 pandemic.
In other words, it will be as follows:
Explanations (including test result explanations) and policy decisions = Online consultations
Treatments and examinations = Regular outpatient slots
We have provided separate explanations for the details of online medical consultations. We kindly ask you to refer to them.

Furthermore, we have implemented a system called CHAIM (Check by Atypical Information Manager) to organize and share atypical information.
We have also provided an explanation for this system, and we request your reference.
