To All Non-Residents of Japan and/or Patients Living Overseas

To all patients

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.

From February 1, 2019, due to a sharp increase in the quantity and complexity of non-resident cases, if patients living overseas (patients who do not have a residence card) are examined at any Oak Clinic location, 50% of the treatment cost will be added as a non-resident treatment fee.
Please note that if the treatment fee is refunded (such as the refund of the egg cryopreservation fee), this 50% will not be refunded.

If you are receiving IVF care, non-resident charges may be waived by going through an agent designated by this hospital to coordinate care, so please contact us and ask about how to reduce non-resident fees when undergoing IVF specifically.
