To All Non-Residents of Japan and/or Patients Living Overseas

To All Patients,

We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your continued patronage.

Starting from February 1, 2019, patients residing overseas (patients who do not possess a residence card) who visit Oak Kai Medical Corporation (our clinic) will be required to pay a handling fee (overseas charge) equivalent to 50% of the treatment fee, in addition to the treatment cost.
This fee is intended to provide comprehensive support to patients, ensuring a smooth and worry-free treatment experience.

Please note that if a refund of the treatment fee occurs (such as a refund for oocyte cryopreservation), a refund of 50% of the handling fee for that amount cannot be provided.

Furthermore, in the case of in vitro fertilization, there may be opportunities to reduce the overseas charge by using our designated agents.
