Oak Clinic Online (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") is operated by Medical Corporation Oak Association (hereinafter referred to as "Oak Association").

In the event of a legal dispute between the user and Oak Clinic, the Osaka District Court or the Osaka Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
